Contains: carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, corn, green beans, peas, onion, celery, red lentils, vegetable broth, garlic, salt, black pepper, parsley, paprika, oregano

Keep frozen. To prepare, put the frozen meal into the refrigerator to thaw overnight

Cook as follows:

Slow Cooker: 8 hours on low with 32oz vegetable broth. 

Cook thoroughly. 

Electric Pressure Cooker (follow manufacture’s safety instructions): Cook with 32oz vegetable broth 15 minutes on high-pressure. Then wait additional 15 minutes to release pressure.

Serve with bread or crackers.
