Contains: cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, garlic, salt, and black pepper. 

Keep frozen. To prepare, put the frozen meal into the refrigerator to thaw overnight

Cook as follows:

Slow Cooker: 4 hours on low, 2-3 hours on high then serve hot. 

Cook thoroughly. Mix well

Serve with celery, baby carrots, tortilla chips, bread, or crackers.
